FLY Records' first release for 2005 is RICK OLIVER's single Could It Be That Bad? It's a double headed rockin' scorcher, backed with the furious Hope You're Happy Now plus as a bonus the instrumental version of "Stop!", the vocal cut of which will reside on Rick's debut eponymous album release in the summer. Both Could It Be That Bad? & "Stop!" are currently featured in the band's live set.

Could It Be That Bad? has spent three consecutive weeks on the XFM evening playlist and is available from Rough Trade and HMV. Digital station www.thearrow.co.uk made it their single of the week (for a week) and have had it playlisted for three weeks so far. Three being the magic number, Cool FM playlisted it too.... for 4 weeks, thus bringing the magic of the number three to rest - for now.
