Describe a daily ritual?
Eyes open – Argue with myself over what day it is.
Go for a sing song in the shower.
Spend some quality time with my hair gel.
Jump on a train that’s 20 minutes late.
Graft like a trooper.
Get home, hug the cat and then hang with my homeboys.
What gets your support?
Queens Park Rangers FC. The Love of my life, despite the fact they break my heart nearly every week.

Ice Cubes that melt too quickly.
General supporters of Chelsea FC.
Oh and rain. Cause it usually messes up my hair.
Name a guilty pleasure?
I dabble in the occasional Malteser.
And if I am honest, I have dreamed and always will dream of one day taking a trip into Pat Sharps Funhouse.
What's your hidden asset?
Guilty Pleasure
If I told you, it would not be hidden.
But word on the street is I make the best cup of tea in the world. I owe it all to Typhoo tea bags.

Our Copyright Manager
Alarm goes off about 7:30am, which is purposely set so i can snooze for AT LEAST 15 minutes (although if i wake up and my hair feels a tad greasy i'll haul myself out of my cosy bed and have a shower). Eat, get ready, and sit on a sometimes packed/smelly/sweaty bus to work. Turn on my computer, check my Facebook, check my work emails, and then figure out how the day is going to go....watch this space.
What gets your support?
RSPCA, NSPCC, British Heart Foundation, the list goes on. Oh, and Hollyoaks Men calendars, they get my full support!

People who ask questions before they even try to figure out the answer first. Oh, and people who never look for the positive in situations...like laughing when a bus splashes you with dirty puddle water.

I am an incredible break-dancer in my spare time...shame I don't have any spare time!

Attempting to get out of bed.

Ants at London Zoo: I donate half my salary every month to them as they work so hard all day and deserve every penny!

I go to Woolworths every Saturday and eat a Strawberry Bonbon from the pick'n'mix; I then leaving smiling with the pleasure of having bought nothing!

Describe a daily ritual.
Up at 6am - play the trombone then have a quick run along the Grand Union canal.
Get into the office and run through a quick Qadha prayer from the Qur'an, read from my Kindle or listen to a Qadha podcast on my iPod, whilst quaffing an intake of organic juice and nibbling dried fruit and going through new emails, handling a few unattended older ones & deleting anything in my mailbox in any way related to Bob 'Vainglorious' Lefsetz.
Quick searches on the net to check for unauthorised music being sold by counterfeiters / the social-networking-for-free-misanthropes.
Hugging our Fly Record's label manager is a much prized past-time amongst both staff and composers.
Walk around the office and give my colleagues a 'Good Morning' hug.
Phone calls & Skype contact with composers, artists, managers, journalists and industry colleagues.
Take a look at today's To Do list - but usually an urgent request for something (eg label copy and a master recording, regarding a licence) is received so the To Do list is shelved.
Check the latest report from our distributor, assess stock and repressings orders.
Listen to a few tracks from tapes recently digitised, have a meeting with a specialist consultant for an ongoing project.
Lunch break in Kensington Gardens where I take part in Ken Wong's Tai Chi class followed by a hot Chinese soup.
Back to the office.
Create barcodes and ISRCs for new releases, convert audio files to various kbps and lossless formats and various edits for various potential digital uses.
Read another quick verse from the Qur'an whilst having a cup of green tea.
Research some new leads regarding missing tapes and associated items and even some people linked to back catalogue masters.
Chase up matters from other companies which are outstanding.
Post a few packages for interested parties and associated people.
Compile tracks for our releases - and use Wikipedia for label copy.
Update the website with the latest news and goss.
Have a look at the label myspace site and despair at the waste of oxygen used by 99% of the people posting messages on our page and associated 'blogs'.
Read our separate Fly Records and Cube Soundtracks record label mailboxes and forward the glowing fan mail to my boss.
Blow THIS
Phone a few overseas associates and look at the untouched To Do list before filing my day's papers and notes from meetings and heading out for a night checking out some new music or old music or maybe a film.
Then off home and self-indulgently have some hot cocoa and play a long trombone solo.

People who are comfortable with themselves and can converse without succumbing to LCD* vernacular and accents, innit.
