Biography

Alan grew up in Church and was playing percussion in the Church band aged 9. He represented his borough (Berkshire) aged 14 in the Millennium Dome playing indian percussion, in honour of HMS Prince Charles.

After his A grades in GCSE and A-Level music, Alan decided to peruse a career in the music industry and got hired as a vocal producer for Rishi Rich (Jay Sean, Misteeq, Craig David). He worked for Rishi Rich for 2 years and also toured with the Jay Sean around the world as an engineer.

At 21 Alan had his first top 10 with Jay Sean’s single “Ride It” and also following on, a top 10 with the album “My Own Way”. Alan has worked with many artists including Alesha Dixon, Jay Sean, Beverly Knight…

Alan produced and co-wrote Parade’s (Asylum Records) top 10 single “Louder” and also their new single “Perfume”.

Alan plays, drums, keyboard, guitar and bass guitar. His influences include Michael Jackson, Quincy Jones, Craig David, Polow Da Don, Timbaland & Ryan Leslie.
