Biography
Siôn Russell Jones is a singer/songwriter from Cardiff, Wales who started playing the guitar at the age of 7.
In October 2010, Siôn released his debut album ‘And Suddenly’ via Still Small Voice Music, which he recorded during his final year at The Atrium School of Creative & Cultural Industries.
Since the release of ‘And Suddenly’, Siôn’s music has received airplay on regional & national radio stations and his latest single (Indestructible), made ‘BBC Radio Wales Single of the Week’, and was championed by Craig Charles on his BBC Radio 2 show. Siôn’s music has also been used in the background on Coronation Street & Eastenders!
This year, Siôn singed a publishing deal with Bdi music and played many UK festivals including the Hay Philosophy Festival, The Acoustic Festival of Britain, Festival of the Celts, the Greenman Festival and in August, Siôn opened for a sold out Newton Faulkner gig.
Siôn’s debut album ‘And Suddenly’ is packed with intricate guitar lines, luscious vocal harmonies and melodies that you’ll be humming for weeks!
