In addition to the special edit of the main title theme, Jennie's mettlesome score eruditely embraces the topical, global uncertainty that present dilemmas galore to the stellar Spooks spies, Tom Quinn (Matthew MacFadyen), Zoe Reynolds (Keeley Hawes) and Danny Hunter (David Oyelowo).
The tracks speak for themselves, charting their lives of established MI5 operatives as they attempt to maintain a normal existence in their personal lives whilst their secretive working lives are thrown in to disarray, compounded by the strict code of conduct that forbids any hint of their daily duality to family, friends or lovers.
"JENNIE MUSKETT":
" 'Dilemmas' evokes the process of anyone turning thoughts around and around. Tom Quinn, the main character of the series is constantly in such as state as he grapples with difficult issues at work and in his personal life."

" 'Hold Me Tight' is perversely, quite the opposite of what it's title suggests. The characters in the series find that as in life, love is impossible to hold onto."
"'Boyz & Toyz' is sheer fun and brings the listener into the world inhabited by the 'action men' of MI5. One could almost be listening in on a 'sting'." "'Martyr's Shroud' refers to a suicide bombers jacket. In this vocal composition , she evokes not horror and outrage, as one might expect, but the thoughts, beliefs and emotions of a suicide bomber in the UK, as he approaches his mission." "'Dance with the Devil' (possibly the darkest moment of the album), could depict any official or politician, high ranking or low, who has chosen to betray his or her own core beliefs and morals for the sake of 'diplomacy'. Ultimately, there is always a terrible price to pay. One need not look further than recent events for rich examples of this."
"'Rage', the final composition of the album is an outburst of anger and confusion at the knowledge that we in the UK, have developed nerve agents, such as VX gas. Jennie Muskett's music conveys a strong sense of the all-pervasive power of these chemicals and the destruction they can wreak. However, all is not doom and gloom – the album ends poignantly and full of hope."
