BIOG

One Bit was forged from a shared passion for feel good dance music and artists such as Groove Armada, The Chemical brothers & Basement Jaxx. Their first few self-releases started quickly gaining the duo attention with “Not About You” selected as BBC Introducing pick of the week, ‘Circular motion” bringing further radio support from the likes of Danny Howard, Hugh Stephens and Pete Tong. Their potential mainstream appeal was further bolstered by DKNY’s use of “Daydream” to front their global fragrance campaign.

In 2017 they signed their first record deal to Ministry Of Sound where they hooked up with Noah Cyrus on their cross-over hit “MY WAY” (Hitting #27 on US Billboard Dance Charts & #16 in the Global Viral Spotify Charts) shortly followed up with collaborations with Louisa “Between You And Me” and Laura White “Back To You” collectively gaining One Bit over 80+ Million combined streams to date.

Alongside explosive sets at the likes of T In The Park & We Are FSTVL and remixes for artists such as Vance Joy & CHVRCHES the duo have also received a humbling amount of support from fellow DJs like Sonny Fodera, Oliver Heldens, Annie Mac, Mike Mago, Mistajam, Tough Love, Mark Knight and Rudimental.

Outside of their artist career they have continued to prove the potency of their work racking up an eclectic list of credits from the likes of JP Cooper and The Shires to Stormzy and Mel C, amassing over 200 Million streams across their catalogue & receiving Gold & Platinum awards. Not content to stop there, they have also been quietly building an impressive list of syncs for brands such as BT Sport (Music & Sounds Awards — Best Original Composition), Diet Coke, Nissan, Apple Music, O2 and Volvo to name a few.

With all this all combined, we’re certain that you’ll be hearing a lot more from One Bit in the not too distant future.
