We are immensely proud of our Director A&R on being awarded a Gold Badge by the MPA. Sarah is a true champion of the independent music publishing sector – her dedication to her song writers and passion for music is infectious and we are overjoyed that her outstanding contributions are being recognised. Congratulations Sarah!

Sarah was presented her award by Sacha Skarbek at the 64th MPA Christmas Lunch on 12th December 2024. Sacha announced the Gold Badge winner with a fitting introduction: ‘[Sarah] epitomises the good and positivity in the industry. She is meticulous and extremely hardworking… she is fiercely passionate about music and a mastermind of creative pairing.’

In her acceptance speech, Sarah Liversedge said: ‘I’m extremely creative and passionate about the people – songwriters and composers that I look after – I wouldn’t be standing up here without those songwriters and composers being who we represent… I just facilitate and try to be as creative as possible for them.’ Sarah dedicated her award to David Platz: ‘He is an inspiration to us as a company. He achieved so much – he signed The Rolling Stones, David Bowie, Marc Bolan, Procol Harum, which is our amazing heritage catalogue at Bucks. I felt it is very fitting to dedicate this to him.’
