This week's Bucks Sync Back on the Road Q&A focused on the amazing Natty Reeves. Our sync team spoke to Natty and asked a few questions about his fav venues, first ever gig and more
Q: What was the first gig you ever went to?
"To be honest, I can’t actually remember the first gig I went to! But the earliest one that stands out to me was seeing Vinicius Cantuaria in Bristol. He’s an amazing latin style musician and I remember being hypnotised by his guitar playing and really soft vocals. Probably why I love that style now!"
Q: What is your favourite venue to play, and why?
"I loved playing at Folklore in Hoxton for my album launch. It had a really nice intimate atmosphere that felt great for my music. There was a bunch of plants on stage which made it feel like a jungle which was cool haha."
Q: Who would you most like to join you on stage?
"I’d love to play with Julian Lage. He’s such an amazing player and improvisor and I would love to watch and learn from him on the stage, that would be amazing."
Q: Do you have any pre-show rituals?
"I just shut my eyes for a minute and pray that it goes well!"
Q: Who would you most like to direct a live video of your shows?
"Oh, Wes Anderson! Love his incredibly satisfying style."
